THE THESIS
Urgency, intelligently delivered.
STATIC Now coordinates urgent outcomes across Ride, Drop, and qualified STATIC service networks. Its rapid local service marketplace connects a request to the right professional, an arrival commitment, live progress, completion, and recovery when the promise falls short.
Rapid local services. Time-sensitive Ride and Drop requests. A clear arrival window. One place to follow the outcome.
Ride moves people. Drop moves things. Now coordinates the urgent outcome while each specialist retains responsibility for the service it performs.
INSIDE STATIC NOW
Purpose, systems, and connections.
Now turns an urgent problem into eligibility checks, a defined scope, a price and arrival commitment, dispatch, completion evidence and recovery. The underlying specialist retains responsibility for the actual professional service.
Problem triage
The request starts with the outcome needed and identifies the appropriate eligible service.
Service record
Scope, location, provider, materials, authorization and completion evidence remain connected.
Now Promise
Arrival, status, scope changes and recovery remain tied to the specific service commitment.
Provider control
Availability, area, skills, licenses, rates and acceptance remain visible to the provider.
How it connects
Ride owns passenger journeys; Drop owns item delivery; long projects move to Build and Project Rooms.
The Now Promise is a service commitment, with specialist qualifications and emergency escalation preserved.
THE EXPERIENCE
Designed as a complete destination.
Urgent requests and service eligibility
Qualified matching, dispatch, and arrival commitments
Live progress and completion records
Clear pricing and recovery when a promise fails
