A dispute has an identifiable story, evidence and state.
Both sides receive a meaningful opportunity to respond.
Verified, disputed, alleged, opinion and unverified claims remain distinguishable.
The transition visibly hands competition authority to the appropriate officials.
Closure does not require a contest or public humiliation.
Production owns storytelling; independent sporting, medical and regulatory authorities decide whether and how competition proceeds.
Audience demand does not override participant welfare or establish factual truth. Winning a contest does not prove a documentary claim.
