Baggage milestones
Represent acceptance, loading, transfer, arrival and delivery when those events are supplied.
STATIC Bag
Baggage status and custody across the air journey.
INSIDE STATIC BAG
Purpose, systems, and connections.
STATIC Bag follows the meaningful handoffs of a bag and connects baggage issues to the traveler’s journey.
Issue context
Keep custody and baggage problems connected to the trip so a disruption can be understood in context.
How it connects
Carrier tracking that is unavailable must remain visibly unavailable.
A missing event must not be replaced with an invented location or precise status.
